How do I find out what price I’m paying?

The rates you are charged for your energy are shown on your bills alongside the number of units used. You can download your bills and view your billing history with myCorona. The rate is also on your contract and if your contract was negotiated by a third party on your behalf they will also have a copy of your agreement.
