Giving back to our community

Our community outreach program for 2018 has focused on a Watford primary school, where we have donated uniforms, offered our time to support children in their learning and raised money via a charity auction. We have also supported Watford based charity Small Acts of Kindness who source and distribute practical gifts that reduce the negative impact of loneliness and isolation on the physical and mental wellbeing of older people particularly those who are cold in their homes.

Leadership team.

Neil Mitchell

CEO.
 Neil has worked within the energy industry for over 20 years. He joined Corona Energy in 2004, his leadership and strategic direction has been pivotal in developing Corona Energy into the largest independent business to business energy company. Neil’s vision is to empower the business to own and continuously improve our customer experience.

Phil Morton

Finance Director.
 Phil is a board member and has the responsibility for driving strategic initiatives and leading our operational finance team.

Kimberlee Warnica

Head of Operations.
 Kim is responsible for overseeing all the operational and regulatory aspects of gas and electricity portfolio management to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. This includes the smart meter roll out, metering, supply point administration, settlement and billing.

Maree Henderson

Head of Customer Service.
 Maree is Corona Energy’s customer champion, ensuring we consider our customers perspective in everything that we do. Maree leads a number of teams and initiatives with the common focus on delivering outstanding customer outcomes

Rebecca McLeod

Head of Strategic Partnerships.
 Rebecca is responsible for creating and developing commercial partnerships and diversifying sales channels. With 18 years’ experience in the industry, she has a strong background in corporate sales and partner management.

Iain O’Neill

Head of IT and Projects.
 As the Head of IT and Projects, Iain is focussed on delivering transformational change to Corona and its customers through technology and innovation to ensure the business has the systems and processes built for agility, efficiency and growth while customers have a seamless and effortless experience

Claudio Ziviani

Head of Risk.
 Claudio manages all areas of risk from operational, markets, regulatory and legal. In this highly competitive and changing market, Claudio is responsible for identifying key ways to differentiate ourselves to provide innovative products for our customers
